Willis began her culinary career at Highland Park Village\u2019s Patrizio as a Sous Chef where she fine-tuned her chef skills and learned how to manage one of Dallas\u2019 busiest kitchens. In 1994, Willis went out on her own and started Erin Willis Caters where she was hired by several families as their private chef, while \u00a0also catering for some of Dalllas\u2019 grandest weddings, social events and parties. From 2001-2005, Willis was hired by SMU\u2019s Meadows Museum as their Executive Chef. Willis planned and executed the catering for all \u00a0grand opening events at the Museum as well as the University\u2019s events. In 2012, the KayCee Club engaged Willis to revise the menus for the banquet venue, pool, bar, and serve as Executive Chef. Willis has added her expert culinary touch to all the menus incorporating exciting changes.
