SUBSCRIBE TO MAILING LISTPool parties are a great way for pool members to celebrate any occasion, especially a child’s birthday. KayCee prices are unbeatable!
Kid’s Party Guidelines:
- KayCee Pool parties are only available from 6/6/2025 – 8/28/2025.
- All parties should be booked at least one week in advance through the KayCee Club by emailing Birthdays@kayceeclub.com Reservations are a first come basis.
- A limit of 25 non-member guests may attend. Guest list must be submitted 24 hrs prior to event.
- All guests must be checked in at the Gatehouse. Children 3 and under and adults 65 and older may attend free of charge and do not count towards the 25-person limit. Parents who choose to stay count towards the 25 guests permitted. You will not be charged for current pool members on your guest list.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed into pool parties, this includes water/ice. Cakes and cupcakes are the only exception. You may bring your own cups, however they must be empty.
- Parties can be reserved for the following time slots:
Tuesday – Saturday: 10AM – 2PM, 3:00PM – 7:00PM, and Sunday: 1PM – 5PM - You can choose between the two party packages found below:
Option 1: $300 flat fee, plus $10.82 per guest for parties with fewer than 25 guests
Option 2: $425 flat rate, includes up to 25 guests - Parties are set-up on the upper-deck only and are allowed up to 2 tables. No parties are allowed in Cabanas.
- Cold storage for cakes is available. The KayCee Club, Cantina, and Pool Staff are not responsible for damages incurred while the cake is in storage.
- Cake, paper goods, plastic cutlery, decorations and balloons for scheduled parties may be brought into the KayCee; however, no glass containers, metal cutlery items, water guns, fruit, gum, or confetti are allowed.
- Other food items must be ordered in advance from the Cantina menu.
- Parties cannot be booked before opening day.
