Member and Guest Pool Access
All pool members MUST have a Pool Membership card and present it at the Gatehouse for pool admission. Misuse of this card or disregard of the KayCee Swimming Pool Guidelines could result in the loss of pool use and /or pool privileges with NO REFUNDS.
Pool membership cards are assigned to one individual and must not be passed around among family members. Do not discard your pool card at the end of the season. There is a $2.00 free to replace lost cards.
The ONLY authorized entry for the pool is through the GATEHOUSE. All members and their guests must enter the pool area through the Gatehouse entrance only. Do not enter through the main building Hall or lounge.
Members may invite up to 6 guests per visit. There is a guest fee to be paid at the gatehouse per guest. Those 3 and under or 60 and older are not considered guests. The member must accompany their guest and are responsible for the behavior and adherence to KayCee Pool Guidelines. Members must be present and come to the gatehouse to sign guests in, as well as stay as long as the guests are at the pool.
All swimmers must wear proper swimming attire while in the pool area. Proper swimming attire is a swim suit. Boys’/Mens’ swimsuits must have interior netting. Gym shorts, cut-offs, or other non-standard swimwear is not allowed.
All children not fully potty trained MUST wear Swim Diapers. Swim Diapers are available from the Gatehouse for $1.00 each. Regular disposable or cloth diapers are NOT allowed in the pool. Please do not change diapers on the pool deck, chairs, or tables; but use the baby changing stations located in the pool restrooms.
The use of the Wading Pool is restricted to children 5 years old and under. Lifeguards are stationed at the Wading Pool. It is not the guards’ responsibility to entertain or baby-sit. It is the parents’/guardian’s responsibility to watch and supervise their toddlers and young children while in the Wading Pool.
To help prevent fecal contamination accidents in our around the pool; the KC pool implements regularly scheduled pool breaks. Breaks are 10 minutes prior to the hour beginning at 11:50 a.m. These breaks are designed specifically for children to be taken to the restroom. During these breaks, both pools are closed to anyone 17 years or younger. Children must stay behind the Blue Decking and should not play with adults who are in the pool.
